We accept all traditional and indemnity insurance plans and many PPO plans. We file insurance for our patients as a courtesy. We will also accept assignment of benefits. For this reason, we ask that you pay your deductible and any amount not expected to be covered by your insurance plan at the time of service. Before you schedule your appointment, we will give you a treatment plan with estimated insurance coverage and estimated out of pocket expense on your part.

This estimate is given based upon the information we receive from your insurance company and is only an estimate. Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company. Your insurance company does not attempt to cover all of your dental expenses. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance company.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless specific payment arrangements have been made beforehand. For extensive treatment, our staff will be happy to help you with specific payment arrangements. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and we also offer outside financing through the CareCredit and Citi Health Card. This is a wonderful service which allows patients to have all their dental work completed right away and make payments over a period of time. Please ask one of our staff members about this.
